Still waking up feeling like you slept wrong… again?
You know that feeling. Your neck’s locked up from hunching over your laptop. Your hips are screaming from that morning run. And your shoulders? They’re basically concrete at this point.
You’ve tried foam rolling. You’ve done the stretches. Heck, you probably have a massage gun collecting dust somewhere. But nothing actually gets DEEP enough to release those stubborn knots that keep coming back.
Here’s the thing: surface-level tools only give you surface-level relief.
The Deep Tissue Roller® works like a skilled massage therapist’s hands – using leverage to penetrate deep into stuck fascia and actually release what’s been holding you hostage. No more “managing” your tension. This may be your solution.

Meet the Deep Tissue Roller®
A foam roller rolls over tension. This one finds it.
The Deep Tissue Roller® is a self-massage device designed for myofascial release. Instead of one wide cylinder, it uses two contoured blue foam rollers on an adjustable cord, so your body weight goes into the spots a regular foam roller glides past.
Use it on your neck, shoulders, back, hips, IT bands, hamstrings or calves, or roll it along your spine. A few minutes at home, whenever you need it.

Product benefits

Target deep knots other tools can’t reach
While foam rollers just roll over your problems, our two-roller design penetrates between muscle groups to release fascial adhesions that cause chronic tightness.
Use your body’s natural leverage
No more exhausting yourself trying to apply enough pressure. Let gravity and your body weight do the heavy lifting while you breathe and release.
Get back to moving like yourself again
Sarah M. went from “hobbling out of bed every morning” to running her first half-marathon in 4 months. The difference? Actually releasing her IT bands instead of just rolling over them.
Skip the $150 massage appointments
Why pay a therapist $150 every week when you can get the same deep release at home? Jessica R. calculated she saved $1,800 in her first year alone.
Feel results after your first use
Not weeks. Not months. Minutes. Most people feel immediate relief in problem areas they couldn’t touch before.

Anatomy
Simple parts. Serious pressure.
- Contoured foam rollersTwo shaped blue foam rollers. The only part that should touch your body.
- Rope lockCinch it to hold the rollers at exactly the width you set.
- Adjustable cordSlide the rollers closer for arms and calves, wider for your back.
How it works
Set it up in three moves.

Set the width
Slide the rollers along the cord: wide for your back, closer together for arms, forearms and calves.

Lock the cord
Cinch the rope lock so the rollers stay exactly where you set them.

Roll, or lie back
Roll slowly over tight spots, or lie on both rollers like a double foam roller targeting your back muscles. Pause and breathe where it feels tight.
It’s actually simple. (Finally.)
01Position
Place the roller on your target area – neck, shoulders, hips, IT bands, hamstrings, or calves.
02Apply pressure
Use your body weight and gravity to let the rollers penetrate deep into stuck fascia.
03Breathe & release
Hold for 30–60 seconds while breathing deeply. Feel the tension melt away as fascia releases.
The secret?
Our patented two-roller design mimics how massage therapists use their hands & elbows to separate muscle groups and release fascial adhesions. It’s like having a skilled therapist’s hands… but available 24/7 in your living room.

Americans love the Deep Tissue Roller®
★★★★★
Excellent product
Outstanding product as a supplement to normal foam rolling. Works really well for getting into muscles that are otherwise only hit superficially by a normal roller. Forearms, triceps, along the spine, calves, and hamstrings have all been feeling better since I’ve been using this the last few weeks. It really helps with recovery after lifting or just when something gets tweaked from ordinary activities, as seems to happen more and more as I get into my 40s.
★★★★★
All in one roller.
After unboxing I’ve been rolling around my floor and it’s totally worth it. I feel a lot of tension released already from my shoulders and neck after using it. I appreciate the versatility of it. 10/10 I look forward to exploring all its uses!
★★★★★
Great for travel. Fills a need that foam roller can’t.
Really good. This does a better job at a lot of things when compared to a foam roller and it’s super good for traveling. I thought the clip on the string would break but it has been pretty resilient. Would recommend to augment my time between the in person massages.
★★★★★
For anyone who wants to release tension in fascia/muscles.
Super helpful tool to release tight muscles, fascia, from head to toe! So grateful for this device.
Why it actually works (when everything else failed)
| Problem | Foam rollers | Massage guns | Deep Tissue Roller® |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deep fascia release | Surface only | Just vibrates muscles | Penetrates between muscle groups |
| Neck tension | Can’t cradle properly | Too aggressive | Cradles both sides, uses head weight |
| IT band relief | Too painful, ineffective | Misses the fascia | Wraps around to target muscular fascia |
| Ease of use | Exhausting to use | Loud, requires power | Uses gravity & leverage, silent |
| Portability | Bulky, awkward | Heavy, needs charging | Lightweight, no batteries |

FAQs
Is this for someone who’s tried “everything”?
The Deep Tissue Roller® works differently than anything you’ve tried. Instead of just rolling over muscles or pounding them with percussion, it uses leverage to separate muscle groups and release fascial adhesions. That’s why people who’ve struggled with foam rollers and massage guns see results with this.
How is this different from a foam roller?
Foam rollers are literally repurposed construction materials. They can only apply surface pressure. Our two-roller design penetrates BETWEEN muscle groups to target the fascia underneath – something foam rollers physically cannot do.
Will it hurt?
It’s intense, not painful. Think “good hurt” like a deep massage. You control the pressure completely. Most people say it feels like finally scratching an itch they couldn’t reach.
How often should I use it?
Start with 2–3 times per week. Once your fascia releases, many people maintain with just 10 minutes on Sunday nights or as needed. Listen to your body.
Is it safe to use on my neck?
Absolutely. The neck cradle design is specifically engineered to support both sides of your cervical spine safely. Just let your head’s weight do the work – don’t force it.
Safety notes
Do not pinch fingers in the device, only use the blue foam for self-care. Do not insert body parts inside the rope. If you experience sharp pain, numbness, or tingling discontinue use. This device is not a toy. Keep away from children and pets.
Don’t spend another morning tense & stressed.
Your body’s been trying to tell you something. Those tight hips, that locked-up neck, those screaming shoulders: they’re not going away on their own. Every day you wait is another day of:
- Waking up feeling 20 years older than you are
- Spending money on temporary fixes that don’t fix anything
- Saying “my back hurts” instead of “let’s go hiking”

The Deep Tissue Roller® is your way out.
