Deep Tissue Roller is a versatile and targeted tool for self-myofascial release. Use the two rollers closed together for a “dual roller”, a stable base with two penetrating ridges that open up fascia between muscle groups. Try it between your shoulder blades, it’s amazing. Widen the roller an inch or two and it works as two wedge shaped levers squeezing your arm or leg as you lean into it, just slide your arm between them as you slowly roll to the sore spots and melt into the supportive foam. Slide the rollers to their furthest position to lay on the wedge shape for bilateral work on the pec muscles or the glutes.
I’ve been able to effectively loosen up my forearms.
Provides pressure in a targeted way that I have yet to find in any other product. I don’t have to exert additional strength or effort to get the pressure needed.
I also love that the rolling space can be widened to accommodate bigger muscle groups.
